Gwen Finley's Story
For over 40 years, Gwen Finley has been a passionate and purpose-driven event coordinator, helping small businesses and ministries bring their visions to life.
Her dedication and expertise have earned her lasting partnerships and inspired her to establish V.I.P. (Vision In Progress) Coaching and Consulting, a firm devoted to empowering visionaries and entrepreneurs to fulfill their purpose.
With an extensive background as an Event Coordinator, Marketing Director, and Business Manager for a professional singing group, Gwen joined HOPE Magazine LLC in 2022 as Business Coordinator and Project Manager for their Hope25 Annual Event (2023). Through her own company, NewG Praise Productions, LLC, she continues to offer editorial and publishing services, while also creating opportunities for others through her signature V.I.P. programs—Confidently You and Writing Is Fundamental, an ongoing series of retreats and empowerment sessions held both virtually and in person since 2021.
In 2016, Gwen launched her inspiring online radio podcast, MsG’s Ladies Lounge, which now streams weekly via Facebook Live and YouTube Live. The show spotlights business and ministry leaders who motivate and uplift audiences worldwide.
As the founder and director of 4G Ministries RVA (Godly Girls Gone Global), Gwen leads a fellowship group for women aged 18 and above. Her work and message have been featured in Empowering Women to Speak Out Magazine (DPublications, LLC), Hope Magazine’s Women’s Wednesday segment, and several podcasts in the U.S. and the Bahamas.
She also served as a moderator for the Women of Divine Destiny panel in Cancun, Mexico.
